Bonjour
We are brother and sister commited to produce organic wines that represent at best the beautiful terroir of Saumur. We carefully select our grapes to organic wineries, that we will vinify in our tanks only with the wild yeasts of the grapes, with a minimum intervention, as little as sulfites as possible and a lot of love. Our wines taste like fruits, freshness and the beautiful tufa-stone of Saumur.
A brother/sister history
With parents that own an organic winery in Le Puy Notre Dame near Saumur, Guillaume and Amandine (that's us!) have learned with the best. We wanted to produce our own wines with all the varieties that we can find in the Anjou region. Yes we are curious!
We have started small with a couple of pétillant naturel, our Blanc en Bulles (a mix of chardonnay and chenin) and Rose en Bulles (a mix of cabernet franc, chenin, chardonnay).
This year we've imagined single-grapes variety wines red and white, one from cabernet franc, one from chenin and gamay and grolleau and more and more!
Our goal: to produce wines that live, evolve and that procure enjoyment to our drinkers.
