Our organic wines
CUVEE SILEX
AOC red Saumur.
A fruity wine produce from grapes of cabernet franc that grows on a beautiful red soil made out red and yellow clay, flint and iron.
We put in concret vats a mix of desteemed grapes and full grapes to create a semi-carbonic maceration that will bring an intense expression of fruit to this wine while preserving the richness of this terroir.
CUVEE TUFFEAU
AOC White Saumur
We mature on lies this 100% chenin blanc white wine in our concrete vats. The vines grows on the famous tufa stone of the Saumur region which bring a beautiful minerality to this wine.
This wine is also packed with a mix of yellow fruits and citrus.
A pleasant, well balanced and expressive white wine.
ROSE EN BULLES
Our pet' nat' Rose en Bulle is the result of our imagination in the moment. Sometimes it is a blend of cabernet franc, chenin and chardonnay. Sometimes it is a 100% wine from cabernet franc. What is constant: a fresh and fruity rosé sparkling wine with thin bubbles and aromas of red fruits (strawberries mainly).
Vinified in the ancestral method and aged on lats at the winery for 9 months. This sparkling wine is enjoyable at any time.
BLANC EN BULLES
Our pet' nat' Blanc en Bulle is a blend of chardonnay and chenin that grow on the sunny side of the Tufa hill of Le Puy Notre Dame.
Very expressive, with mineral notes, as well as citrus and white fruits.
CUVEE GAMAY
Gamay on Tufa stone
Because we loved the gamay on the volcanic soils we tried to work our own vision of gamay but on tufa stone.
The result: a bomb of fruits but with a very interesting smooth and delicate body.
MACERATION
Our latest, a 6-months maceration in amphora. Just to try! A great result, although we have added the press, the wine is a fresh and interesting orange wine on green leaf aromas, orange skin and smooth tanins.
